On the sign outside it said they close at 8pm on Tuesdays. I arrived here at 7:43pm and they told me it was closed, saying the doctor already left. Why would the doctor leave before the scheduled time of closing? That’s unacceptable.

Thank you for your response. Is the last patient seeing 30 minutes before closing stated anywhere, like on your door or online. If not that should be fixed. A lot of patients can be rushing to your establishment, just to get denied because “the doctor left for the day”. Thanks.

Hi We are open till 8pm but take the last person 30 minutes before closing so the staff has enough time to check in the patient and give the provider enough time to provide appropriate care. Thanks

Agreed recently all establishments that provide services are either short staff or their service is pathetic I'm sorry you went through that.
