Terrible people, I had a custom piece made of my dead family members. He showed me the piece he would use as a base, it was real 14k. At first sight I was happy and threw out the receipt. Months later I went to clean it somewhere else and it was gold plated! Small piece for the price was an ugly thing to do for something sentimental. I can't do nothing without a receipt. It took a lot to not go over there but I gave it to god. Just make sure it's what you ordered because they will take advantage.

I went here to get my chain dipped in White Gold again. My chain look worst then when I brought it there! It had more gold showing then white gold. I had to pay for a service that was done incorrectly! I would never do business with these crooks again!
