On Valentine's Day I called for information and was totally discouraged by the person who answered the phone. He was curt, unprofessional, nasty and should be fired or trained to deal with the public!

They are very late, and VERY inconsistent. I take care of an adult that attends the day program and I can never plan my day and go to my doctor's appointments on time because they never come to the assigned location at the time they are supposed to be there. When calling the base to voice my complaints, the staff are very rude and unapologetic. There's never a day that goes by when I have to use this transportation service and the process is seamless. Its either there's a new driver, they're extremely late, or the driver takes the individual to the wrong drop off location. Along with these issues, they have HORRIBLE communication skills, if they're late it's always ME (the customer) that has to call to check where the vehicle is, there is never a head's up from their end. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE!
