I’ve always liked my local Toyota service locations (in California). It’s not always the best coming here. With an appointment, I was still not seen for over half an hour. They get the job done, but sometimes I just prefer going to my local mechanic. I come here when I get coupons. Otherwise, dealership prices tend to be too high.

If you want to keep your money and also be safe on the road, don't go here. They charged me $1200 on rotor replacement, not a good decision I made since I'm a new driver. After some researches, I wouldn't go here again.

They dented my car while getting an oil change and it took 3 days to fix it but they gave a rental for those days, so in might be only ik situations like that.
