Horrible urgent care from front desk to doctors. Went there a few days ago, waited 2 hrs to even get in a room ( not the worst part ). I went there for a uti, they had me pee and didn’t even label the cup. I definitely had a uti, he told me the results were negative. Then asked me there was a chance I could be pregnant, I said yes but never tested me. He really could care less. Didn’t feel cared for or even heard.

VERY RUDE THE GUY WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE ON 8/10/2022 at 10:08am shift is very rude !!!!!! i’m asking a question and he was very snotty !!!! he needs to be trained or put to clean floors smh i would like a supervisor to contact me before i go to upper management about this location and their employers

Just left urgent care all I can say as Medic is Wow ..the nurse was rude no beside manner what so ever talking about how they follow Procedure and there's no paper in the EKG machine then letting me freeze till I complained about it then in the corner was a dirty needle whole time the nurse kept asking why I was nervous Ummm her attitude was a huge part of it no paper in the EKG machine then the dirty needle in the corner ..as a Medic set off every red flag please find yourself a cleaner place to go

Thank you for your response. Is the last patient seeing 30 minutes before closing stated anywhere, like on your door or online. If not that should be fixed. A lot of patients can be rushing to your establishment, just to get denied because “the doctor left for the day”. Thanks.

Depends on the test. Rapid test 30 minutes ( In office) PCR 24 hrs ( when sent to Lenco Labs)
They only take walk ins. There is usually a line in the morning. Once you make it in they add you to the list and when they are ready to see you they will call and text you.
Rapid covid test gives you results in 15 minutes
We are an urgent care facility and our providers can take care of any urgent medical issue. We do not have a psychiatrist on staff. Hope this helps.
Bus # 25 gets you to McLean and Woodlawn and than a 5 minute walk
Yes we accept United Health Care Oxford plan. You will only be responsible for the copay.
