Me and my children been going here for about 6 or 7 years Dr Menla is amazing! The ladies in the front are amazing! And the staff there is amazing! Very family oriented office. Have patience when you go just like everywhere you go you have to wait but it isn't that long wait. Covid safe environment.

Dr.Menla barely looks at you. Barely listens. You are just a paycheck. Thought it was him, so I switched doctors. Well I went there yesterday for a pain in my ear and throat and the new doctor never even addressed it. They said they sent my much needed diabetic medicine to the pharmacy and they did not.. the pharmacy closed while I waited 4hrs making me have to go urgent care to get my meds. You call and they do not return your call. Its a terrible place

I don't recommend this place .. you never answer the phone. I had an emg and called several times. They put me in wait and cut, it took 3 days for someone to deign to answer and I could go. When I was in the waiting room the receptionists were clicking on voicemail. Listen when a patient said in his message that he needed an appointment that he had difficulty breathing and one of them hung up the phone and said ps drown. Before that message, it seems that another person called several times and the receptionist said this person would stop calling. Too bad indeed. They never answer, I tried several times once until Dr. Menla answered me by mistake. I go over to the receptionist and hang up ... they must change their service. Hire people who really want to work. The receptionists are very rude on the phone and with what I hear while waiting for my appointment I will never return. Ladies receptionists, if it weren't for one to visit that clinic, you wouldn't have a job so respect it and if you don't like your work, leave it for someone else who wants to answer the phone and when you check the voicemail, don't wish anyone ill. .
