What has been done about my package that was claimed to be delivered & signed for by Doc when my cameras can prove no attempt was made yet says delivered tell me

I agree but backup the time stamp of your security footage and add it to your complaint. However, in my experience, your item may show up tommorrow because these people are under pressure to deliver. Or they may have hand it off to your local access point for deliveries.

You have to file a claim for a lost package and the possibility it was stolen. This is a common problem with "porch pirates" who have been going to doorsteps and steal packages without no regard for the person it belongs to. You would have to call 1-800-Pick-UPS or go directly to the UPS Customer Center.
