i received tracking txt that my package was delievered at sept23 2pm i check around no package left at our porch and that is stated in my instructions.. if no response at the front door put at the gated porch at the back.. simple instructions and that is big box that need to show up anytime today or tomorrow the deliveryman this is his big responsibility.

OMG same! They are horrible! I've been working from home and have definitely been home and alert because of the text alerts. They never ring the bell. I only know they came by when I see the note on the door when checking the mail or if I have a visitor and they give it to me.
Exactly I honestly would much rather they just leave my package downstairs on the building floor than taking it 3 miles away from me lord

I think if you get off on cypress ave it is closer .take 6train to cypress ave then walk
I don't know about the bus. I only know that you arrive by taking train # 6 to Brooke Avenue. From there you have to walk a long distance. It is quite withdrawn.

It looks like your in the wrong place. But your not. You have to drive through a fenced area and it feels like it's for employees. Very weird for us since we're from Florida. But probably normal for the city.

You must show an identification and the tracking number of your package.
Your tracking number is on your air bill. If you don't have that they can look you up by your name plus other questions. Call the 1 800 number.
