Among 3 Bay Ridge UPS store locations, this is the best. Though they are always busy, staff is very friendly, helpful, and trying to serve you as quickly as possible

Went into the store and the guy working was super friendly and helped me out with a new shipping bag! Great store!

Never thought I'd be writing a glowing review of a UPS Store, but have to! I planned to visit family in NYC so ordered some items online and chose the delivery option that promised May 11th delivery, the day I arrived. Instead, they split the delivery and part landed in this UPS store on May 4th! Policy is that they get sent back after 5 working days if not collected. I emailed, not really expecting a response...but they replied really quickly and promised to keep it until I arrived. Second part arrived May 7th. On May 10th I got an email saying the order was being cancelled because it hadn't been collected so wasn't feeling optimistic. Went directly there on the 11th when I arrived and was greeted by a very nice assistant. We checked for my order and success! They seemed to have something. He went off to check and came back 30 seconds later with both packages. Many many thanks to the employees at this store for going above and beyond. Really great to see people make such an effort to help their customers. It was very much appreciated!

Also, recent changes to USPS rules discourage offering this service. Packages larger than 13oz are supposed to be tendered directly to USPS. It used to be USPS would allow a store to act as the mailer’s agent. No longer are they able to do that. Also, packages of any size that do not have a complete return address are now an issue, too. So there are lots of disincentives for any The UPS Store to continue to offer this as a complimentary service. If in doubt, ask at the particular store you’re interested in dropping your package at.
No they are so rude there and condescending. Avoid the call
