Everytime I come in, it's something with this staff and they try to make it your fault. Whether it's me or someone else in line someone is having issues with them. They can't scan labels with their archaic scanners even though FedEx and the USPS have zero issue with the same labels. They can't find a print order and assume you did something wrong and then low and behold they suddenly find it. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 2-3 bucks to ship FedEx just to avoid this location.

This location is awful. First, the staff seemed annoyed they had to help me. Second, they were incapable of weighting a letter to tell me how many stamps were needed to ship. How is that possible? Then they mailed my package to NJ instead of California. I suggest going to the post office instead of this store.

Don’t make a passport picture appointment here, they will give you any excuse in the book to not take it.

Don't call they will answer the phone and then put you on hold for 20 minutes and then they will hang up on you without ever talking to you. If you call back they will ask if they can place you on hold and put you on hold without listening to your answer so you can wait on hold for another 20 minutes and be hung up on again.
