The worker there refuses to answer questions about even the simplest things. We called to ask about printing a large order, and the employee basically told us that he couldn’t tell us the prices of anything nor could he tell us the difference between the printing options or paper quality. Terrible customer service.

I had to return an Amazon product worth over $300 so I dropped it off here. They're supposed to secure the package themselves. Turns out they never delivered it. Someone in there allegedly stole it.
