I found this to be near my job and it was horrible. I was listening how they were talking about other customer coming to their store with no knowledge. Hello.. I’m hear listening to you guys. Anyways, didn't help me with my package to top it off and left.

I wish I could post a negative star review for this place. The front line employees have a bad attitude and good luck speaking to a manager. They are equally unprofessional.

Came here to get some assistance returning a package and was rudely interrupted by Tara. She continued making a scene, insisting there won't be a box that fits that size without looking in the back. As more people start to enter the establishment, she decides to make a passive aggressive effort. She then charged me $19 for box and materials. And her wrath fell upon the customers to come... won't be back. This location needs to run an internal check, build some positive customer/employee interaction, and change the wretched atmosphere.

The worst ups store in the northeast. The black woman at the counter is most miserable human being, so rude, unprofessional and no client orientation, just disgusting.
