Workers and manager were both rude and demeaning when you ask a question. No idea what I did. As soon as I walk in they all have attitudes and seem upset they have people coming in. Wonder why there ratings are so low.. They really need to look at replacing the team here..

There is a $10 "Holding fee" on all FedEx machines. The hold will come off of your account within 3 business days.
You can answer to that question on the fedex website or in the store when you go in.
