Don't ever ship stuff directly with this store. Paid 30 dollars for " 3 day residential " wasn't offered ground shipping or any other tiers. The next one was $50, and the one after was $89. What are those prices? I was shipping a key and they told me $30. Like ? I checked online I could've paid $3 for USPS and the cheapest option for UPS was $10. So whats the difference?

Shipped from this location two times. They damaged my first shipment and it took 4 months to process the claim. Figured I’d give them a second chance. This time, they lost my package. The manager is never there and the people who work there give you the runaround and an attitude every time you reach out for help. Completely incompetent and unprofessional employees. Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS location!
