The staff is very slow and bad staff take me more than 2 hours for a service

Very slow service for a central and busy location. Office inconveniently located on second floor! If you plan on dropping off heavy boxes you're in for a ride. Oftentimes, the line forms down the stairs and out to the parking lot.

Extremely bad service. I paid for next day delivery. Package left of Thursday morning. Said it will be on Friday before 4:30pm, then by the end of the day. No package arrived. So Saturday morning I call the 1-800. Was told that the package was at the Maspeth location. Take a taxi there and very rude woman tells me that the package is not there. Tells me to call the 1-800. I call and speak to even a Supervisor and ask them if I could pick the package wherever it is. Told that the best is to wait for Monday for the regular delivery. Take a taxi back to the office. It was a very important package that will affect a lot of workers. Waste of time and money. Very unprofessional Fedex. Whoever is the CEO should fire many people.

Yes they do I have experienced this several times.
Weight and distance affect the cost and the shipping time
Look them up for holiday hours or call them to see till what time they are open. Usually closes at 7 PM. It happened to me too. Annoying but at least my package is safe.
If you have the tracking number, you have to go to Fedex.com and check where the delivery is. Normally it is three days that they try to deliver and then they leave it at the station for 5 days. I hope this information can help.
Don't know anymore. Use website or customer support
Call them
It may be at the shipping center. Call the center and ask.
Definitely FedEx Express or 2day drivers are not doing there job and just dumping all packages at pick up facilities mostly walgreens I have had not had a packages delivered over 1year and my area is safe
Yes
Yes
Depends. Whether its Ground or Express. I would call with tracking number and double check before you make your way there
No, Sunday they are close
You should call the official fedex customer service number. The folks there can't do much
You have to apply on their career site
The package must be serviced under "first overnight". If not you will not get it before that. First overnight service guarantees you your package by 830am
Hey there. I am a FedEx employee and the above answers are corrected. It all depends on the item that is being shipped as well the type of service you use. In other words, it really depends on how fast you want it to get there. Also, there may be restrictions where we may not ship to a specific destination, but we will be glad to tell you who can ship it for you if we can't.
No. Google a USPS mailbox near you, best bet.
Hi there. I am a Fed Ex employee and the only thing we require is your ID to verify that you are the name on the package. Only the person on the package can cone and claim it. No mattter what the package is.
