It seems like this ups has alot of issues delivering people packages why isn't something being done about this I've been having this issue for years they simply refuse to deliver my packages

As an ex employee, U suggest you have your UPS mail redirected to your nearest access point. It would be more s secure and you can leave them a note with signature is required for each package delivered that's for you.... If your situation doesn't approved, then headquarters in NYC 45th and 11th ave. Headmaster of UPS postal service should be notify. ..CEO Field director or Bklyn foster ave HR director may help you. This is a non issue and you have to remember that if there is no secure place to put your parcel or it requires a signature, it won't be delivered. I had to issue also about delivery they always leave a tag at your door and say they was there some of them don't even come up or delivered to your daughter just leave a tag the city and they do that because they don't want to be carrying packages if so they need to get another job
