Employee was arguing with me that I didn’t have two packages for pick-up after I showed him the tracking information and who signed for them at the store. Once the manager chimed in, he went to look for them (they were literally right next to him). He then proceeded to try to charge me for having them shipped to the store, when this was simply a shipping option the retailer provided me during check-out. If the manager wasn’t standing there, I never would have gotten my packages, or I would have been charged for no reason. He tried blaming me when this was an option a National retailer provides on their website…really poor customer service on his part

Store hours open 9:00am Saturday. 9:40am and the store has yet to open. Nothing better than standing around and waiting in the heat for no reason.
