The worst delivery service in the world! First time delivery with no phone call at all just leave a notes that we missed you,second time they even said we can’t deliver to the ups access point that you request! (I paid 10bucks for that ) , all right I went to the facility to pick it up by myself. With all the proof that can shows I am the receiver, the guy still can’t let me to pick up my package. wondering how is this business kept running until now …..

I've been waiting since like 1995. UPS IS THE WORST, possibly cursed even.
They did the same to me and then I actually paid for them to redeliver the next day and same thing happened. I was home but nobody rang my bell.
Must suggest on delivery direction for signature delivery ONLY.!! They will not drop off unless its signed...
Recently we had to pick up our package From The Nearest Location Or without your permission they leave it in the hall way

I agree but backup the time stamp of your security footage and add it to your complaint. However, in my experience, your item may show up tommorrow because these people are under pressure to deliver. Or they may have hand it off to your local access point for deliveries.
You may have to call management to escalate the issue. They will have no choice but to compensate for your lost packages this is usually in any shipping company's policy

You have to file a complaint likely to UPS and tell them your complaint this is a continual problem with people stealing packages from doorsteps
Beaurocratic red tape and complacent employees are the root cause.
Every delivery is different. ... My experience was not a good one... That's my experience.
That most likely occurred because they tried to deliver to your address but no one was home
The company weight limit is 150 lbs. Anything above that must go freight.
Try and contact the interviewer or whoever set your appointment.

The closest bus I can think of runs off Ave D or there is another off Pennsylvania and also Linden Blvd. The L train off 105th is the best option.
