In short - don’t live here. I wrote out an even longer, more in depth explanation of each individual situation written below, but it simply seemed too long for a review. Here’s the important bits. - Was emailed multiple documents of my “move-in costs” which all had different total amounts. Read everything! - Very negative staff attitude, always. Worst management I’ve ever experienced. - A lot of closing the pool with zero notice. At one point this was happening weekly for cleaning, but again - zero notice which consistently affected my plans over the summer. - Other tenants’ garage remote opened our garage for months, with consistent work requests before it was fixed. No compensation on garage fees even though our belongings were not secured multiple times for full days while we were at work. - Trash pick up at the door was very inconsistent. Compactor was inoperable frequently. An extra dumpster was added when it was out of service. Trash would pile high on both areas, and overflow into the street (pictured). - My move-out statement was incorrect and was only fixed because I brought it up. They made it insanely difficult to read/follow, not sure who else’s has been incorrect but they never asked cause it wasn’t very clear to begin with. If it doesn’t make sense - always question it! - Rent increase for renewal was over $345 per month AND it was not the cost quoted for a brand new tenant moving in at that same time. A new tenant was quoted close to what we paid for our first year. Even if the monthly rent was lowered, we would never have renewed our lease there. It’s that unpleasant. - Office staff talks down to anyone asking questions, no matter how nicely you ask. It’s a big mix up of unprofessionalism, administrative mistakes, and their lack of knowledge that made this the worst apartment I have ever rented from. We are so relieved to be completely done with Preston Pointe Apartments.

New office personnel act as if they walk on water. They do not listen nor follow through. This complex is deteriorating and their answer is We should feel honored as they have seen worst complexes. That is a low standard excuse. The old personnel held high standards and were pleasant to speak with. They spoke to you. Not at you. Sad place to be.

Go to their website and it should say. I think it varies, depending on season. The apartments are pretty big, the location is great.
