I work at this place and left after 3 weeks, I couldn’t bring myself to see how poorly they treat old people who can’t really take care of themselves. It’s a click thing going on and when u report to management they do nothing. They even subtracted 400 bucks from my pay for not staying. The favorite shift do nothing leaving the rest of the work to 1st shift. I say check on ur love ones unexpectedly or put cameras in their rooms. I have walked into patients room many times with wet diapers and clothes that looks like it been the a whole 12 hours. The bathrooms is always horrible. And old people will need help and can’t get tend to for hours. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Check on ur love one unexpectedly and see what a horrible management and staff they have. !!!

No care plans given ,no responses from mgt. Some of the care takers are great. But mgt is lost.

Loved brickmont until a few months ago with management changes. Still great caretakers(for now), but management is incompetent and uncaring. After being part of brickmont family for over three years- we are saying goodbye to wonderful caretakers, due to management. My piece of advice… visit your loved one as much as possible. Pop-in unexpectedly and request care plan reviews “in writing”. Like I said, some truly amazing regular caregivers, but management and rn turnover is an on going issue in 2022.
