At Capital Hyundai, I have had a great experience since purchasing a new Sante Fe Sport in 2017. This has been my most positive relationship with a car dealership & its service dept (& I have had lots of vehicles). I have felt respected & not taken advantage of. No upselling. No suggestions for, IMO, unnecessary work. No rudeness. Clean, comfortable facility. Considerate - making arrangements for reasonable, timely transportation if you don't want to wait for vehicle. My hope is that this review will still hold true as long as I am a customer, which I will be unless things change for the worse. Thanks to David, Lindsay, & Esco for every positive visit.

The finance guy even got me a lower interest rate than SECU. I left with the vehicle I wanted and a slightly lower car payment then I was expecting.
