This dealership was very nice to buy from. The owner did exactly what he promised and I am very satisfied with the car. I would recommend this dealership for sure!

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from here I would highly recommend you look somewhere else they sold my sister a lemon within a a week and a half of her having the car the car caught fire had problems the first couple of days with the steering pump which we we’re willing to get fixed then the fire and the engine locked up they are all about a quick dollar and not true customer satisfaction on someone who was a reoccurring customer knowing the car wasn’t any good had a mechanic pass it for inspection and turned all the service lights off the car.

They were professional and quick. I walked up, found the car I liked, did a test drive and was off the lot within an hour with sale slip and everything I needed for the DMV in hand. I'm still driving that car today. This is a great place to buy a car.

Selling Lemons!! Purchased a 2011 dodge journey from these folks, they said their mechanic checks the cars to make sure their in working and operable conditions! On the way home checking engine light came on and vehicle started sputtering took it to dealership where they said it was left cylinder head which was a known problem for this model year as the famous Pentastar "tick" random cylinder misfire and cylinder 2 misfire replaced plugs and coils and code still came up. Leakdown test confirmed low compression on left head...this vehicle was just 3k miles out of warranty and warranty experience while vehicle was in their possession..it seems all they did was clear code the day we went to test drive car and they gave us a "test drive" area that was not large enough for car to run diagnostics again and have code come up...it only came up again on our hour long trip back home. They said there is nothing they can do!!! They were well aware of the problem. Dodge dealership said the damage had been on the car based on extend of damage and this used dealer failed to get it replaced while it was free and still under warranty! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! They patch cars up just enough to make it out of their lot and then it's YOUR problem!!!! Take your money and run far awa my from this dealer! I spoke to owner who showed no remorse! We are a family of 4 who desperately need a vehicle and sold us this car that now needs several thousands to repair being out of warranty now! RUN FAR AWAY FROM FINS AUTO SALES!!!!

Didn’t want to assist me in putting another motor in the Jeep and I actually was in love with my Jeep that I paid $4000 cash for from Finns auto that used to be kipz cars. 🤬🤬A straight get over on people who work hard and save just to purchase and be disappointed within two weeks! I definitely don’t like the Ford Taurus car but he didn’t give me a choice and I didn’t want to leave empty handed🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm wandering if this place finns auto didn't used to be kipz cars? I bought a Volvo from them and 2 weeks after purchase called and told them the engine light came on and then the motor was blown. He said bought as is wouldn't help me at all!!

Yes it was once kipz I purchased a 1999 Chrysler that drives fine but went back following year and got a 2008 Ford Taurus X and was able to drive for two weeks then the motor blew. He replaced it with a 2004 Taurus we all know that vehicle isn’t worth $4000 but he never gave me any of my money back! This place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone for purchase
