Went there to get a dealer recommended Interstate battery and needed new battery terminals. They installed the news battery, disposed of the old one, and installed the new terminals for a lower price than a nearby shop wanted to charge just for a new battery (AFTER the core return). Staff was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with Mbie. I'll definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have used Caseys for attention to several cars over the years to great satisfaction with the work and the polite service. However, last week I had a special problem with needing to finally dispatch and old car and it turned out that a close family contact who was in the hospital for several days recovered just in time to plead with me to donate the car (to this person) and transfer responsibility for its rehab rather than send it to salvage. My instructions were a little messy and it had been picked up already from Caseys. However, they assisted with helping me resolve the issue and get cooperation from the other business to have it returned. Although I'm sure they don't want to invite more cases like this, I think it was handled graciously and want to share for the record.
