Great staff! Went in for simple emergency repair on Saturday, they checked it out immediately and discovered it was a simple repair (2 hours) covered by warranty so took care of us right away instead of making us wait until Monday like most Freightliner dealers would have. They even bought us lunch at a local restaurant!

Called a week ahead with year, make and model of my RV (2015 Tiffin DP) setting up a coolant flush and engine code check, no appts accepted. Upon my arrival I was informed they do not work on RVs 7 years or older. When noted I had read the registration wrong and it was a 2016, I was then told they really don't want to work on RVs and I would be better of taking it somewhere else. Good to know in hindsight. Velocity should carry that statement on their website
