These guys are terrible! No communication!! Made appointment for a delivery between 2-5pm- no one showed or called - I called them only to find out they had no idea what was going on, said they would get back to me. I had to call again the following day to be told they put it on another truck and that “residential division” now had 24 hours to call me to schedule delivery. Absolutely terrible service, no communication and on Wednesday I still do not have what I was told would be here Monday plus I have no scheduled date to have any idea when it might arrive! Of course, you don’t get to choose who is delivering for the company you order from do they could care less about their service or their reviews.

Great Service, Great Staff Our company has shipped almost daily with Estes for over 10 years. During that time, they have gone above and beyond what was required of them. Our sale rep, Jason, has always responded quickly to the few problems that have occurred. The terminal staff and truck drivers have all been courteous and helpful.
