For local drivers how much do they pay an hour? During the winter and when things are slow do you layoff for 3 and 4 days at a time?

The drivers make 18 an hour start and 22 hr top with over time past 8 hours company paid insurence and layoff dosent happen often abd dosent last long

Is there retirement plan good? Do they have a 401 K plan?
