My first advice is if you are able to take your truck to the High Point location please do instead of here. The customer service is night and day. My truck had to be towed in on a Friday due to drive shaft coming off. On Monday I made sure to get them my key, when I dropped my key off and asked the guy when I would receive an update, he told me they would get to it when they could and was far from friendly. I waited 2 days to hear back but did not. When I called I was told my truck had not been looked at still. They were aware that the drive shaft had to be made so it would take additional time to complete the job but they had no urgency to even measure and start on having the part made. The high point location listened to my problem even though they did not have my truck. They pointed me in the direction of Mark Hunt who is the district manager. When I spoke with him things changed and he even told me that if my truck was dropped off on Monday i shoulda had a quote by Tuesday night or Wednesday. I did not receive a quote until that Friday. The part had to be ordered so they told me to look for the truck to be fixed by next. The part did not come in the 2nd week either. I did not get my truck back until the 3rd week. This process could have been a 1-2 week process at the most but due to their lack of actually caring about the customer it was not. Lastly please check your charges, they will charge you for everything they can. IF YOU WANT TO RECIEVE THE BEST SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE ASK FOR MARK HUNT

Refused to work on a 2019 MV because it's a motor home. I've been in 3 other dealers around the country with no problems. But not the one in my home town. All I wanted was an oil change.

Three stars cause they were somewhat quick. But they kept trying to get my service dog and me to get out of the truck I can not do that due to my lung condition and my heart condition. They finally let us stay in the truck. We told them everything wrong with the truck. They still only fixed the one hose and the check engine light is still on and other lights are still on the truck needs to be serviced and fixed completely. That truck is like our second home please fix our truck or get a new one for us too drive please
