Only giving one star cause i cant give 0. Called monday to ask if they can install a hitch and wiring for me thursday or friday. Lady on the phone says sure that shouldnt be an issue. I asked if i provided my own hitch there shouldnt be any issues and she said shouldnt have any issues. Fast forward to thursday and i call again to double check. Young man answers and tells me that they should be good to go as long as i have my hitch. friday i come in with my hitch and the lady has no recolection of me and doesnt remember. Then they tell me everythings good to go. They call me when its ready to tell me that they dont have the wiring and to do the wiring it will be an extra 300 bucks... 10/10 do not recommend. Now this was all for nothing as im supposed to be using this car this weekend to pull a trailer with Lights.

I have come to this business several times for repair work and the purchase of hitch equipment. In one case, my 3-wheeled bike rack was backed into and badly bent. They were able to weld it back as good as new. The people who work there are friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They freely share information about repair and purchase options. The price for their quality work is very reasonable. Overall, I strongly recommend this business.

This place wouldn't fix my boat trailer or even give me a time line on when it could be fixed, all I wanted was new brake pads. Be aware don't take you're boar trailer here they won't help you zero stars stay far away from this place
