when you absolutely need a delivery to you....don't use saia took a week hounding them to find out where my toolbox was, they delivered my toolbox to another person in another state. nope nada zip will never use them...

Driver was helpfull but packages were heavily damaged and driver did not have a dolly to move the 200 plus lb boxes. Saia does not provide enough info to drivers about delivery. Sent a 53ft semi to make a delivery on a small road. Had to load boxes into another vehicle uo the road and drive to the house.

Words cannot adequately describe the nightmare that this company has put me through. I couldn't even imagine a worse scenario involving the delivery of one single item. There is an absolute lack of customer service. They have absolutely NO consideration of the customer on the other end. They LOST a 285 lb package. The follies go on and one with one single delivery. So many errors and problems with SAIA that I cannot even type it all here. I would HIGHLY recommend that you NEVER let this company handle ANYTHING that is important.
