Not only do they not deliver important medications on time, they put them out in the rain, and hold them in their distribution center. Worse company ever. They need to be shut down.

I tried to deliver a package and claim that no one was at the office. However there were two people there. Apparently the driver did not even get out of the truck and knock on the door or come inside. They just left. Then FedEx did the same thing for 2 days in a row while people were in the building but still no one came inside to bring the package. Then FedEx refused to deliver the package and made me drive to the distribution center to pick it up in person. They refused to offer the sender of refund. I talked to five different customer service reps and two managers and still could not get the situation resolved and get the package delivered. Even though one of the managers guaranteed me that it would be delivered within 3 hours or less on two different occasions and never happened. Then another customer service rep told me that it would be delivered by 8:00 that night two nights in a row and that didn't happen. When I called to speak to another supervisor and complain she had a very so what attitude. The other manager said that they would not deliver the package and that I could file a complaint if I wanted to but the complaint had to go through her. She refused to give me her supervisor's name and refused to transfer me to her supervisor. They lost two customers today My client and me.

Received 2 packages today that they taped after they damaged, if they didnt do (im sure they will say)they should have taken them on their side. Large package, taped closed, all hardware lost out of one, now $154.00 paper weight. Thanks fedex.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. Driver called and said they were on site, said they know where they're going. I find out after looking up the tracking that it says they didn't even attempt to deliver. The next day I'm told it's out for delivery and will be there before EOD. I then find a door tag on the back door saying no one was here. There are no less than 8 people on the ground floor surrounded by glass windows. Trash service. Trash customer support. Trash company. I will not use Fedex for the rest of my life and I'll advise everyone to do the same. I don't know how a multi billion dollar business can be this incompetent. Complete trash from the bottom all the way to the top.

There must be some kind of inconvenience that it might causes delays on your package, most of the people have suffered the same situation which you are going through, in short, you are not alone in your question. Good luck
If you contact the 1800 number or call the facility's front counter, they should be able to better help you. Note there may be a fee attached as an employee may have to dig through thousands of Packages to find your box earlier than the commitment date.

bring the slip they leave on your door and they will have it same day in the evening
When it comes to shipping you must look at business days and when a package was dropped off for delivery. Saturday and Sunday will not count towards shipping days.
Nope. Your package is delivered the same day it arrives at FedEx GSO sort facility. Unless you had the package addressed to World Service Center, still same day arriving in GSO.
