The one girl was great came out and gotmy box for me and super helpful with the transaction process. I came back in and that girl was answering a question for someone else and another girl (bleached blonde hair- didn't see name tags) was at the checkout amd helping another girl so I had a message responding to and she just said cash or card, which I thought she was helping the other customers still but she wastalking to me. So I continued withmy $3.5 0 payment and then needed to ask her if I was using my debit should I push us debit or visa and she purposely ignored me. Just rude unprofessional

Store posted hours for a Friday are supposed to be 8am to 7pm. When I arrived at the store at 9.30am it was still closed! This is a locally owned ups store and one I will not be using in the future.

I came in last minute today, they moved people through the line at a fast pace. Olivia was super hospitable. There was a very rude customer that came in while I was waiting for my lamination and Olivia handled it very well. The other employee was very nice, greeting me upon arrival. 10 out of 10.
