This company is not honest and not trustworthy, it took multiple requests, emails and phone calls, only to get a response 42 days later that never answered my question. Highly recommend avoiding access management group as they only care about how much goes in their pocket and not what's best for the community. You can give a generic response to this review. apologizing if you want but it will go unotcied the same as you ignored me. You want good bussiness and good relations with the community your supposed to represent, not to mention how much we pay you for this subpar service. . Then you need to look inward and fix your issues there. Until then as 1 star is the lowest rating I can give that is what you shall receive.

Access Management has been "managing" our HOA for close to 1 year. They've been working hand in hand with our HOA board to withhold and hide documentation and information from the community. They are eager to "carry water" for our board and readily help in targeting homeowners who challenge the board. They have no moral compass and are proud of it.

I am shocked to see an average over 3. I would prefer to leave them a negative 5 as any amount of stars are more than they deserve. There is much more detail to share that would be too long for a review. I’ll use 2 examples in my cliff notes version: water spot appeared on my ceiling after a storm in my brand new condo… alerted them… nothing done for 9 months and as a result it went from a small spot that could’ve been easily bleached to an actual leaking hole that now requires significant repairs. They continue to be non-responsive on the resolution. Example #2: there is currently no power to our common areas, resulting in fire hazard, security risk, safety risk and an increase to each of our power bills because of the heat coming from the hall. Access Management Group seems to have absolutely no regard for the basic needs of the property they serve.

I would not recommend this company. They manage our neighborhood and my experience is they are slow to respond - even in emergency situations and fail to follow up with people. We have damage in our home because they failed to fix something on the outside of our building.

One of the best management companies. They are very cooperative.

I placed a 1 star review. After a week when I check it is not showing on their google page. How come they remove reviews? If you dont like 1 star reviews try to fix problems not try to remove it.

Hey Brian! We did try to respond to your previous question back on 12/18 - but for some reason, the response never posted. I just reposted now! I apologize about that. As far as removing the review, that is not something that we have the ability to do. Im not sure why a review would have been removed by Google - but it might have something to do with their algorithm? For example, sometimes reviews (at least on other platforms) that are posted by people that dont often post reviews are not shown? Regardless, we did not remove the review. Please respond to our request for addl info (in your previous question) so that we can look further into your issue. Thanks!

Why can't I get a payment history of assessments from this company?

Because they rarely actually do their job and respond to any inquiries. For example, they want a specific color of paint on your mailbox but ask them to identify the document link that contains the information or what the color is, they won't respond.
