The entire team at North GA Replacement Window (NGRW) is thoroughly professional and punctual. It should be remembered that average lead-time from the window manufacturer is 10-12 weeks. In our case, the manufacturer sent defective window twice. First time, NGRW found out about the defective window after installation. I could not detect the defect. They called and said they need to replace the window. Then a few weeks later, when the replacement window came, that too was defective. Throughout this ordeal, the NGRW team kept me informed of what was going on. The window quality is good - I am no window expert. This time, they installed a total of 7 windows (including a large, semi-circle window). I plan to hire them again to replace rest of the windows in my house. All in all, I give them 4 out of 5 star. I took away one star because of the excessive delay in completing the project. The total length of the project was from March 29 to September 2, 2022 (five months).

Replaced windows and deck door March 2020. Original windows were wood single pane. I have found that my energy bills have dropped and road noise is not as bad.
