This is the best Toyota in all of Atlanta if other places can't help you do your business and buy your new car you have to come here. Grateful to GABY SALDANA EXCELLENT SELLER

I was nervous to service here because dealerships have bad reputation but jimmy is always helpful and the prices are much, much better than other places, which really surprised me. I’m never 100% sure I’m not being recommended services I don’t need, which is why I gave 4 star. I wish I could have that peace of mind. But this is common in all mechanics not just here. Do you try to upsell customers? I wish I could feel sure.

Jeffrey in sales and Brandyn in finance were amazing! As soon as we got there he gave my kids coloring books and crayons while we talked. Although it took a little bit of time for us to get the car, the entire time Jeff was patient and communicated with us about everything that was happening in the process. Brandyn helped us find the best plan that was within our budget.

Huh! Although my experience with Nalley Toyota of Roswell was with new vehicle purchased. I wouldn't go again. Very dishonest dealership. Run! Run!!. If you are close to the South at any time, go to Toyota of McDonough or Union City. They will take care of you. I'm saying this cause i purchased two new vehicles last. One for me and the other for my wife. Till date, we are not happy with the purchase from Nalley. Good luck though.
I have dealt with their Service Department mostly. They seem to be the perfect professionals!
Pretty good. Masks and sanitizer readily available. Service agents have plexiglass shield
Toyota has recalls occuring. This many involve your Sienna. You can verify if it's your 2010 Toyota Sienna that needs something worked on via a recall by running the 17 digit VIN on Toyota's website: https://www.toyota.com/recall?srchid=sem:Support_Recalls:GOOGLE:Recall_Toyota_EXACT::&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIofSOkZPA5gIVypyzCh08UAFbEAAYASAAEgJPBvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
You probably should call them directly.
Assuming it's for a new Toyota, you can assume they can handle leasing, finance (purchases over time) and/or chas purchases. These are really the only 3 purchase types there are for new car dealers, regardless of brand.
I would call and ask or youtube how to do it. Its really easy 🤙🏼
Management is a good place to start. If it is with management then go on their website and go to the next level. Each department has a different Manager and Nalley has a general manager as well.
