i brought in some very old pairs of shoes, hoping to get them fixed and back to how they originally where and I was hoping that these people could help me but they didn’t. In fact they did quite the opposite, they ruined them even more. I felt bad in confronting them up in person plus I also found out on my way back to the car but, the whole inside of one of my shoes is covered in glue, completely drained in glue. Not only that, what I asked to be fixed wasn’t fixed at all it’s quite the opposite, there was a wood support on the back of the shoe that was cracked and I wanted to know if it could be fixed and they said it was possible and I trusted them. I come to check the shoe and all they did was drench the shoe with glue, add a piece of leather and stitch the leather completely on the shoe, tightening the stitches as a matter of fact, making it even harder to put on. They fixed nothing, I asked for the leather to be cleaned and conditioned and even that they didn’t do. I come home to take off the laces because even the laces weren’t cleaned, and everything under the laces where still dirty. I waited nearly a month for my shoes to come back worse then how they went in. Now the shoe seems even more unfixable thanks to these guys.
