While I realized that they are a private pay community and not medicaid, I spoke with Jennifer at Grand Brook and she was kind enough to give me resources for medicaid facilities for my dad. Although she knew I wouldn't be able to afford granbrook for our dad, she spent a lot of time explaining how that process works which was very sweet of her. I really appreciate that she had compassion for what we are going through and the time she spend with me.

When the time comes to make the very hard decision to place your loved one into memory care, please look carefully at Grandbrook Memory Care. It was the best decision we made to move our mom there. Jennifer, sales manager, could not have been more knowledgeable, comforting, loving and extremely patient. She walked me step by step and helped make this transition wonderful. This staff at Grandbrook is excellent! Everyone there is very dedicated to the residents. Jennifer, Barbara, Vanessa, Marian, Dr. Scott etc are wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
