How is your lobby still closed at this point? ridiculous. If you’re going to keep it closed at least remove your 8’6” barrier for the drive thru so everyone can get some food, or are you prejudiced against people that drive work trucks?

Plan on spending at least an hour in line. Lobby still closed. Food not worth the wait. Women are overworked because they can't seem to hire anyone so be prepared for a bit of understandable grumpiness

The staff are very kind at this store, however they seriously need to improve wait times. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes for a door dash order (no walk in, or take out option available for drivers). The order I picked up was very large, and I should have been diverted to the front of the store so not to hold up the line (especially after the 10 minute mark). It was very embarrassing for me as I held up about 4-6 vehicles. Unfortunately I will not be picking up any more orders from this store, and I advise other drivers to do the same until the offer a pull-up option for online orders/dashers.

This morning I went by for breakfast and arrived just 10 minutes after they'd stopped serving it. The man helping me was very apologetic as I ordered non-breakfast items instead. When I got to the window he let me know that the fries were on the house because I hadn't gotten my breakfast! It was a really kind gesture that left me smiling, and I really appreciate it in this day and age. Thanks to BK and that man!
