I have only had the best experience with Benchmade. They are a classy company and make me proud to be an Oregonian. I was frustrated go into the store and learn that they are no longer offering same day sharpening. They won me back quickly when they offered to ship my knives to my house upon completion. I have my knives back now, and they are so so so so sharp. Oh yeah, they also make some of the best knives in the world. I don’t go anywhere without my Benchmades, except an airplane of course.

i bought an osbourne and love it... the quality is good and the handling perfect... as i needed an extra screw (i damageded one while i cleaned the complete knive) the extra needed one was sent without any complications... thanks a lot and best wishes from austria...

Will no longer be recommending your products, will be steering others away from spending money with your company. Not one more dollar from me. IF you can get a good one they're great. Bought 3, two production and one from the custom shop. Disappointed with 2 of the 3. Two of them, including the custom, came with the blade noticeably off center. After waiting way longer than the projected lead time and the company NOT contacting me after approaching the 6 week wait mark, which their site said they would do at the time, this leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. Tried the online chat at the 2 month wait mark, which I was booted out of being told no reps are available. Lead time was projected at 10-12 days when I ordered. Couple hours after getting the boot I get an email saying it's shipped. This is not customer service. This is lazy business. On my custom.....Blade off center and action gummy requiring complete disassembly and cleaning to center the blade and make the safety lock work correctly. Some sort of filth on the blade under the black coating where I can feel little raised bumps with my finger. Sure I could have sent it back and yeah they probably would have made it right. Feel like they had plenty of time and opportunity to do it correctly the first time. Both the knife and the customer service. Ordered this custom so I could send in my tired 940 for service. Now I'm just going to toss it in the trash after this experience. Why even bother?

I work at a Benchmade dealer and will NEVER sell another Benchmade product for Benchmade failing to honor the lifetime warranty. Your warranty and customer service is a joke and insulting to your customers that pay high prices for Benchmade knives. Until I had to deal with your warranty and lack of customer service, I can NOT ever recommend another Benchmade product. I work in a Benchmade dealer and used to sell a lot of Benchmade products but will not sell another one until my lifetime warranty is honored. Sincerely disappointed, Brian Miller
