Do not book!!!!!!! I booked through instapark a few months ago for a cruise that starts today. Place is closed!! Apparently for a while. Instapark also won’t give me a refund, they have to email the place first and make sure. You think whomever is stealing money from parkers is going to respond to the email?? Parking lot just past it was open, 241 parking. Lot is pretty bare and small but was $42 for 4 nights and the men running it were very nice and helpful, let us come without a reservation. They said the parking doctors lot is a scam, it has been closed for a long time.

We cruise alot and this was our first out of Tampa. Really had no idea who to use for parking and then we stumbled upon the Parking Dr's Enrique and Henry are honestly the most courteous and pleasant people running one of the establishments that we have seen! Lot is secure and looked extremely safe so I felt OK leaving my car there for 5 days. Another good thing is that you can keep your keys, I WILL NOT ever let anyone have 24 hour access to my car!! Upon arrival to parking area we were greeted and told exactly what to do. Shuttle was already waiting for us and we hopped in. Short ride to port with clear instructions on important things we needed to know for drop off and the upcoming pick up after we came back. The shuttle van is Newer and looks well maintained with no strange smells and that is good considering some of these places use older vehicles that have way too many runs on them! Upon arrival back we only had a short wait to get shuttled back to the parking area. Once there they unloaded our bags and away we went. Like I said the whole experience was wonderful and pain free. We will definitely use again.

The ease of reserving a parking spot for the duration of the cruise was very nice and a fairly reasonable price. When we arrived we were greeted and, once our reservation was confirmed, directed where to park. We were picked up by the shuttle vehicle within just a few minutes of getting our suitcases out of the car. The shuttle was already waiting when we disembarked the cruise as well and got us to our car quickly. Drivers both ways were friendly and helpful and had good driving skills/not reckless on the road. Reason for only 3 stars...when we arrived back to our car, there was a decent size stone chip in the windshield on the driver's side that was not there when we parked it. You do park here knowing the Parktologists are not responsible for damages but it sure was very disappointing!

Great location and very nice people. We "limped" in for two blocks on a flat tire. The gentleman there (and I didn't catch his name) was awesome. While we were on our cruise, he arranged for the tire to be replaced so that when we got back we didn't have to deal with it. Thank you so much!!!!!! Great rates, shuttle to and from the port, and only about a block from the port. Better prices than in port. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!
