Never get any useful assistance and or information from the AT&T app. Ive been baited and switched by turning in 2 phones under the guise that I would receive 2 free phones. Now my bill is $140 more this month and have 2 phones that will cost 22 dollars for the next 35 months. So much for free and "taking care" of you're customers. I will be in further contact to start the transition to another carrier for this agregious act. As a service member and as a long time standing customer, im fully dissapointed and about had it with AT&T. If I would have known or if the reps would have given me an estimate or quote of how much this would cost me in the long run, I would have gone a different route.

I appreciate this location, relax, friendly and very helpful staff esp. Olivia. I needed help activating my new IPhone 13 pro and she was very helpful. She even offered to help put my screen protector, saved me time! I recommend coming to this location in Oregon City.
