I just want to say thank you to Morehead Honda's team member Justin Martinez. I had an unfortunate malfunction with my sun roof and even though the situation isn't 100 % resolved (no fault of Morehead Honda but of my warranty company), he was extremely helpful today and executed stellar customer service. I was pretty annoyed but Justin was very patient and assisted greatly in trying to resolve my problem.

Waited so long at the parts counter I needed to shave again before I got any assistance. I know places are running short of staff everywhere, I get it... but you ring a doorbell for help and just wither away til you die.

It was not good I went in to get an oil change, there was an elderly man with a clipboard it was my first time there he practically acted like I wasn't there I had to chase down to get help finally he told me to pull my car up once that was done everything else was fine
