I have had good experience in the past, yet most recent has been less than satisfying. Called me for an early lease return, only to want to push me into the most expensive model. Was told no inventory available, yet no effort to search the 'neighborhood' for a model I wanted. When i actually returned the vehicle, the guy could not get me out of the way fast enough. No questions about satisfaction with the vehicle (very happy), no offer to ask about new purchase...just couldn't be bothered. Been driving Honda since 1980, and had gotten eight of them from Morehead. I like Honda, yet my next one may be from another dealer.
Sounds like a plan Diane. I had good experience with Frank when i bought my honda accord there a couple years ago
