Although I always approach major contracting jobs with great trepidation, I was greatly pleased with my experience with Polar. From the first contact with the office through completion of the job, everyone was very pleasant, thorough in explanations, and very patient and accommodating. Jared, Ray and Christian were particularly helpful (as well as Mari). The crew (Jay, Kole and Matt) worked diligently until they finished the job (a long day) and were pleasant and courteous throughout. They took care to be as neat as possible and made sure everything was cleaned up and working well before they left. While I have not had the opportunity to use the system yet (since the weather has cooled down), I feel confident that it is in good working order and that, should there be a problem, the matter will be attended to equal to the efficient installation process. I feel that I have received good value and, based on my experience, recommend Polar to anyone who may want to install a new AC system
