There's no case workers in the building so I spent 2 hours on the phone being run in circles. Very bad service. Never got an answer to my question.

Maybe the zip code of where you're staying at you do have to have a mailing address because they mail things to you

Contact the SSI office and ask for the forms to fill out it will take awhile or get a lawyer to help
