My experience as a new customer was amazing. I’ve been with AT&T for years, and needed to upgrade my phone and a few other things. Right off the bat I was greeted with a friendly hello and welcome, and these employees went above and beyond. Specifically the store manager “Monica.” This wonderful person helped me tremendously and made my time at the store enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a million questions and she knew the answer to them all. Bar-None, hands down the best AT&T store I’ve EVER been to, thanks again and a HUGE shoutout to Monica and her sidekick. One single employee working on a Sunday is unacceptable customer service. Coupled with the fact he moved so slow i had to check his pulse to make sure he was alive. We left without being helped or making a purchase, which we made at another fully staffed store.
