Too Good Nails

I had an appointment with Chloe. Before starting my nails. She ask me what style I wanted. After showing the picture. She started to do my nails. After a while, I asked her what is going to be the final price for my full set. She gave me a price. I agreed. And she continued to work on my nails. I was on my phone and I told the person. I wonder if nail salons in New York charge like this also. Because that's where I'm from. So I guess her name is (Joy )she is the mean lady that sits in the front. Didn't like what I said on MY phone. And started to screw her face up and I heard her say something in her language and then New York. I'm guessing she is referring to me. My thing is, the young lady that did my nails is a new employee. If she gave me the wrong price for my nails. you're the owner or whatever And sitting next to her. You should’ve told her to tell me or YOU tell me. The price that Chloe gave you is wrong. It's going to be this amount and let me decide. If I want that final design or not. I went to that nail salon several times and always spend over $100. And for today after signing the receipt for my service. For Joy to call my name, I was surprised by the way. Because she never spoke me to after doing my nails for the first time in January 2021. She told me about herself had a few laughs and wish me a happy birthday as I was leaving the salon. Going back several times after She never spoke to me even when I came into the store and say good morning or good afternoon. But she talks, laughs, and smiles with everyone else that is getting serviced. Hey, we're all entitled to do what we want. I paid it no mind. Because it's a nice, clean, and cozy place to sit and relax. And paying my money. And today for Joy to tell me that my business will no longer be accepted at the salon. I said ok and walked out. The moral of the story is If you're not too familiar with an employee at the salon. Please ask Joy or the young man about prices.

Love this place. They listen to want you want and produce exactly that. If you want funky nail designs (like I do) this is the place to go. They have great nail artists here and tell you what they can and can’t do, instead of attempting what you want and it looking like a toddler did the Art. I’m very impressed, and the staff is nice and personable. I’ve been searching for a place to do the crazy ideas I have and I finally found it.

I contemplated whether or not to post this because I selfishly don't want this place to be too too busy 🤣 but I LOVE Too Good Nails. They really do a great job...the girls are so kind and always deliver exactly what I want. I've been searching for a place since i moved back to Orlando...I've found it!
