The dining room experience is not a pleasant one. There is not enough help in the evening. I think this makes them seem disorganized. A drink refill is never offered, don't know who the wait staff person is, sometimes must wait too long for service, etc.

The Reserve is such an all-around excellent facility! The building is set up so that there are a lot of rooms close to the main area so there's not as much walking. The staff is very attentive, and they keep up with the residents' needs. The food is excellent and there are a lot of opportunities for social interaction.

My mother is very happy here. She has lots of friends. She enjoys exercise class, poker and Bridge games. When she couldn't drive after her knee replacement the van took her to all her doctor and rehab appointments, which was enormously helpful. If something breaks in her apartment, it is repaired in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive.
