Very nice trail with good signage as to where to follow the trail. Only issue is there is no signage to where the waterfalls are so you have to somehow stumble on them while hiking.

It's free to park around it, unless it is busy and you have to park near Main Street in Roswell.
Waller park or Riverside park have grills and it's easy to get from one place to the other along the trailers or if you don't want much hiking driving for one to the other is easy. Open from dawn to dusk.
