a joke of a warehouse/ company. Before you respond UPS. I want answers, I do not want to be sent to your twitter or Instagram so you can tell me to contact an answering machine. I have already reached out to you on twitter, facebook and filed a claim - that said it was lost. My package is almost 50 lbs, 17" x 23" x 25". HOW DID YOU LOSE IT? where? did a napkin fall on it and now you cant see it? FIND THE PACKAGE!!

Contact the sender. Let them know that something happened to your ID and set up some other form of identification that sender to let UPS know about.

I live in Greensboro too. Isn't kernersville about 10 miles from UPS facility on Executive drive? It's off of Elm Street exit, southeast part of Greensboro.. Anyway, maybe they don't have any delivery trucks that go all the way to kernersville, but they do from Winston-Salem? Does look like they would have shipped directly to Winston though... Just call their customer service...
