AirMcCall delivered a Great Experience from the First Call to the Install. I highly recommend them. When my A/C went out on Friday afternoon before the Labor Day weekend I called the company I had paid for twice annual services since 2018. The technician arrived early evening and found my system completely frozen up preventing any diagnosis. He turned everything off to thaw overnight and said another tech would be out first thing Saturday to diagnose the problem. First thing turned into 4pm, and after checking everything it was determined that my evaporator coil was shot. I knew that my 15-year-old R22 system would have to be replaced so I inquired as to the cost of a new system. I was told it would be Tuesday after the holiday before he could get me any price. Unhappy with his response, the next morning, which was Sunday I called three other companies and got pricing from each of them. The best experience was when I called AirMcCall. Maggie answered my call and was the most pleasant receptionist of any I spoke to. She took my info and told me someone would call me shortly. A call from Rob the VP of Sales came quickly and he told me he just happened to be in my area and could stop in 15-20 mins. Rob stopped by and was super nice. He inspected my old system, took several pictures and all the specs, and told me he would have me a quote within the hour which he did. I knew that because of the holiday it would be Tuesday before anyone could check their schedules and that installation could be pushing end of the week. Rob called me early on Tuesday to review the quote he gave me and confirmed a Wednesday morning install was possible. We consummated the deal, and I signed his docs on my phone. Jay and Jason, two genuinely nice and professional guys, arrived at 9am Wednesday morning. They surveyed the situation and went to work. They did an excellent job both inside and out and cleaned up and finished in about 3 hours. Doing business with AirMcCall was an overall Great Experience and I am an incredibly happy customer!
